Local tax

Local tax EUR 4.20 per person per night (from the age of 15).

Final cleaning

One-time fee of €15.00 per person for cleaning the room.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (If you let us know your arrival time, we can also arrange for an earlier check-in). On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the apartments by 9:00 a.m. at the latest.

Ski room / Luggage service

Locked ski and boot room with boot dryer, also available before check-in at 3:00 p.m.

Luggage service – if you arrive before 3 p.m. and would like to explore the town or the slopes, you can change in our ski room and leave your luggage with us. Your suitcases will be carried to your apartment by the manager himself.

Ski and hiking bus

Bus stop only 50 m away. Quick and easy access to our Silvapark ski area or Ischgl. Use the buses free of charge with your guest card!

Non-smoking apartments

All apartments are non-smoking apartments.

Payment

Cash, debit card, credit card (except American Express), bank transfer.

Reservation

A booking is only valid after receipt of a written booking confirmation! Upon completion of a reservation, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.

Deposit

A deposit of 50% of the booking amount is required for a binding booking (as stated in the reservation letter). Terms and conditions in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions.

Travel insurance

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation options

Cancellation policy according to Austrian hotel regulations. Cancellations are only valid in writing and will be charged as follows:

  • 3 months up to 1 month 40%
  • 1 month to 1 week 70%
  • Last week 90%

Check-in

Arrival

  • Luggage service – if you arrive before 3:00 PM and want to explore the village or slopes, you can change in the ski room and leave your luggage there. Your bags will be personally delivered to your apartment by the owner.
